Guest Stay Itinerary

The Guest Stay Itinerary event in the Events drop-down list of the Create Email Template screen allows users to create templates for a guest’s stay itinerary. When selected, the html tags (specific to the event) in the Tags section will be retrieved from the Agilysys Spa and Agilysys Golf systems. The user can use these tags to create the template that can be used to fill in the tee time and spa booking details in the guest itinerary.

It is recommended to use a table format for itinerary so that when there are multiple spa/tee time bookings, Versa will automatically create a new row for each appointment and display the results.

Users can also add pictures and logos to the templates.

The Insert HTML icon in the Formatting Tool Bar of the Email Template screen allows users to enter the HTML code used for checking the availability of spa, golf, or other activities present in reservations.

The distribution list and notification configuration must be set up in the system so that the user can successfully use this template to send the stay itinerary to guests. For more information, refer to the Creating Distribution Lists and Configuring Notifications sections in this document.
