Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.

Room Number	The room number of the guest.
Room Type	The room type to which the room number belongs.
Stay Date	The date when reservation is created.
Guest Name	The first name and the last name of the guest will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the guest record.
Conf Number	The confirmation number of the reservation will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the reservation record.
Arrival	The date of arrival of the guest.
Depart	The date of departure of the guest.
By	User ID of the user who has assigned the room to the guest.
GTD	Indicates whether the guest reservation is guaranteed.
Guest Type	The guest type selected when creating the reservation.
VIP	The code that identifies the VIP type of the guest at the property.
Club	A member of the club, if applicable.
Rate	The rate defined for the selected room type.
Comments	Comments entered by the user, if any.
Pref	The guest’s preferences for the stay at the property.
