Report Name	The name of the report.
Posting From	The posting date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Posting To	The posting date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Posted By	Select the name of the user that must be considered in the report.
Building	Select the preferred building that must be considered in the report.
Department	Select the preferred department from the options available.
Post Type	Select the post type that must be considered in the report.
Status	Select the reservation status that must be considered in the report.

Field	Description
Confirmation #	The confirmation number of the reservation.
Room #	The room number assigned to the guest.
Room Type	The room type assigned to the guest.
Building Code	The building code of the building in which the room is located.
Amount	The amount of the components and charges settlement.
Arrival Date	The arrival date of the guest.
Departure Date	The departure date of the guest.
Frequency	The frequency of the charges posted. It can be daily or weekly.
Posted By	The name of the user that posted the charges.
Posted Date	The date the posting is done.
Guest Name	The last name and first name of the guest added to the reservation.
Component Name	The name of the package component.
Post Type	The name of the post type.
Resrv Status	The reservation status of the stay.
Guest Count	The guest count of the stay.
Total Amount Of Recurring	The total amount of recurring charges posted.
Rental	Indicates whether rental items are present or not.
