Report parameters

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Building Codes	A drop-down list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

Room Summary
Total Rooms	The total number of rooms in the property.
Deactivated	Number of deactivated rooms.
Rooms Available	Number of available rooms.
Out Of Order	Rooms that are in out of order status.
Rentable Rooms	Number of rentable rooms.
DNS	Rooms that are in do not sell status.
Day Summary
Vacant Rooms	Number of vacant rooms.
Rooms Sold	Number of rooms sold.
Comps	Number of compliment rooms.
Rooms Occupied	The total number of sold rooms and the compliment rooms.
Transient Rooms Sold	Number of transient rooms sold, number of occupied guests, and the percentage of the sold rooms.
Group Rooms Sold	Number of group rooms sold, number of occupied guests, and the percentage of the sold rooms.
Un-Picked-Up Rooms	Number of rooms that are not picked up, number of guests assigned to the rooms, and the percentage of the un-picked-up rooms.
NoRate Rooms	Number of no rate rooms, number of occupied guests, and the percentage of room occupancy.
Walks	Number of walk-in reservations for the day and the percentage of the walk-in reservations.
Current Movement
Remaining Departures	The difference between number of rooms scheduled to be checked out and number of rooms checked out.
Total Departures	The total number of departures for today. It includes the actual departures and remaining departures.
Remaining Arrivals	Number of remaining arrivals after deducting the actual arrivals.
Total Arrivals	The total number of arrivals for today. It includes the actual arrivals and remaining arrivals.
Stay Overs	Number of stay over rooms.
Extended Stays	Number of rooms which were supposed to be departed today but are extended.
Early Departures	Number of rooms which were supposed to be departed later but departed today.
Day Room	Number of rooms that were checked in and checked out today.
Walkin	Number of rooms for which the reservation was made by front desk agent when the guest walked into the hotel without any prior reservation.
Housekeeping Status Current
Dirty Rooms	Number of occupied and vacant dirty rooms.
Clean Rooms	Number of occupied and vacant clean rooms.
Out Of Order	Number of occupied and vacant out of order (OOO) rooms.
DNS	Number of occupied and vacant do not sell (DNS) rooms.
Inspected Rooms	Number of occupied and vacant inspected rooms.
