Guest Count on the Books

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Summary	Select this option to generate only a summary report of guest count on the books.
Detail	Select this option to generate a detailed report of guest count on the books.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Building Codes	A drop-down list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated. By default, the All option will be selected.

Field	Description
Guest Name	The first name and the last name of the guest will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the guest record.
Room No	The room number of the guest.
Current Status	The status of the reservation.
Days Status	The arrival/departure status of the guest.
Adult	Number of adults on the reservation.
Youth	Number of youths on the reservation.
Teen	Number of teens on the reservation.
Child	Number of children on the reservation.
Toddler	Number of toddlers on the reservation.
Senior Citizen	Number of senior citizens on the reservation.
Date	The date for which the guest count is displayed. It is a date selected in parameters.
Rooms not picked up	Number of rooms that are not picked up on the given date. However, the title of this field in summary report is Un P/U.
Building	The name of the building.
Total for	The total number of guests reserved for the given date. However, the title of this field in summary report is Total.
