Inventory Report

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Category	Select the preferred category from the drop-down list.
Sub Category 1 to 5	A list of all the available subcategories based on the selected category are displayed.
In-House/On-Arrival	The report will be generated based on the selected option.

Field	Description
Category	The category to which the inventory item belongs to.
Inventory Item	The name of the inventory item.
Room #	The room number of the guest.
Status	The status of the reservation.
Guest Name	The last name and first name of the guest.
# of items	The number of items purchased.
Arrival	The arrival date of the guest.
Departure	The departure date of the guest.
Nights	The number of nights involved in the stay.
A	The number of adults on the reservation.
Y	The number of youths on the reservation.
FC	The number of children who are not eligible for discount.
DC	The number of children who are eligible for discount.
T	The number of toddler guests on the reservation.
SC	The number of senior citizens on the reservation.
Comments	Comments entered by the user, if any.
