Package Plan Posting Details

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Supress Details	When enabled, the report does not include the details of room, building, conf #, date and package.
Separate By Building Code	When enabled, the records will be separated by building code in the report.
Report Options	Available options include the following: By Room # - Sorts the report by room. By Name - Sorts the report by name.
Building Codes	A drop-down list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

Room	The room number of the guest.
Building	The building where the transaction was posted.
Conf #	The confirmation number of the reservation.
Arrival Date	The arrival date of the guest.
Departure Date	The departure date of the guest.
Guest	The last name and first name of the guest.
Date	The date the posting related to package components was made.
Package	Name of the package selected for the reservation.
Description	Description about the package plan.
Note: Report considers Sold Rates against the rooms
