Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Report Options	Available options include the following: By Room # - Sorts the report by room number. By Package - Sorts the report by package. By Arrival Date - Sorts the report by arrival date. By Name - Sorts the report by guest name.

Room #	The room number of the guest.
Guest Name	The last name and first name of the guest added to the reservation.
Arrival	The arrival date of the guest.
Departure	The departure date of the guest.
Adults	The number of adults on the reservation.
Youth	The number of youths on the reservation.
Teenager	The number of teenagers on the reservation.
Toddler	The number of toddlers on the reservation.
Senior citizen	The number of senior citizens on the reservation.
Package	The name of the package selected for the reservation.
Package # of Nights	The total number of nights for which the package is valid.
Total # of Rooms	The total rooms occupied for the night.
Total # of Guests	The total number of guests on the reservation.
