Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
From Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
To Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
High Season Start Date	The date from when the previous stay information is required during the high season.
High Season End Date	The date until when the previous stay information is required during the high season.
Low Season Start Date	The date from when the previous stay information is required during the low season.
Low Season End Date	The date until when the previous stay information is required during the low season.

Field	Description
Guest Name	The first name and the last name of the guest will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the guest record.
Address	The address details of the guest.
City	The city where the guest belongs to.
State	The state where the guest belongs to.
Postal Code	The country code for the phone number. This is applicable to any telephone number (mobile, home, or office) of the guest.
Stays This Period	The number of stays during the selected period.
Total High/Low Season	The number of high and low season stays during the period.
High Season	The number of high season stays for the selected period.
Low Season	The number of low season stays for the selected period.
