Report Parameters

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Building Codes	A drop-down list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Housekeeping Periods	A drop-down list consisting of all housekeeping periods. Users can select multiple or all the housekeeping periods from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Include Non-Bedded Rooms	When enabled, the system includes non-bedded rooms associated with the available room types in the report.
Print Names On Assignment Sheets	When enabled, the system prints names on assignment sheets.
Supress Inventory Items	When enabled, the system does not include inventory items in the report.
Suppress Housekeeping Points	When enabled, the system does not include housekeeping points in the report.
Sort By Building Code	When enabled, the system sorts the records by building codes.
Exclude Suite Room	When enabled, the system does not include details of suite room in the report.

Report Fields

Field	Description
Room Number	The room number of the guest.
Room Type	The room type to which the room number belongs.
Linen	Amount of Linen required for each room type.
Stat	The occupancy status of the room. O - Occupied V – Vacant
Cond	The housekeeping status of the room. I - Inspected C - Clean D - Dirty P - Pickup R - Housekeeper In Room
Pts.	The housekeeping points that were credited to the housekeeper.
Guest Name	The name of the guest in the reservation will appear as a hyperlink and clicking it will navigate the user to the guest record.
Share Name	The name of the guest with whom the reservation is shared.
C / I	Indicates whether a cleaning staff and an inspector have been assigned to the room.
#A	The number of adults on the reservation.
#Y	The number of youths on the reservation.
#C	The number of children on the reservation.
VIP	The code that identifies the VIP type of the guest at the property., if any.
Arrival	The arrival date of the guest.
Depart	The departure date of the guest.
Day #	The number of nights of stay.
Housekeeper Sheet for	The name or code of the housekeeper associated with the housekeeping.
Comment	Comments entered by the user, if any.
Blocked Room (Today)	The number of rooms blocked for the day.
Special Attention For Today	The details of any special attention required for the day.
Total Rooms	The total number of rooms assigned to the housekeeper.
Total Adults	The total number of adults in all the rooms assigned to the housekeeper.
Total Youth	The total number of youths in all the rooms assigned to the housekeeper.
Total Children	The total number of children in all the rooms assigned to the housekeeper.
Points Assigned	The total number of points credited to the housekeeper.
Linen Count	The type and number of linens required by the housekeeper.
Stay Comments	Comments added for the reservation
