Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
From Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
To Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Building Codes	A selection list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Report By Month	When enabled, the system filters the report by month.
Include Non-Bedded Rooms	When enabled, the system includes non-bedded rooms associated with the available room types.

Field	Description
Date	The date range selected in parameters.
Transient
Rooms	Number of rooms occupied by transient reservations.
Revenue	Total transient revenue postings for the report date.
Groups
Un P/U Rooms	Number of group rooms that are not picked up.
Rooms	Number of rooms occupied by groups.
Revenue	Total group revenue postings for the report date.
Total
Sold	The total number of rooms sold.
Total Rooms	The total number of room reservations for each room type.
OCC%	The percentage of the total number of occupied rooms. (Total Number of Occupied Rooms / Total Number of Rooms) × 100.
Revenue	Total revenue postings for the report date.
ADR	The system calculated average daily rate for the reservation.
Note: Report considers Sold Rates against the rooms
