The name of the report.

The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.

The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.

A selection list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

When enabled, the room count and revenue from wholesaler bookings will be displayed in the report as follows:

• Wholesaler bookings with comps - the count will be included in the Occ column and the Trans sub column under the Comp column.

• Wholesaler bookings without comps - the count will only be included in the Occ column.

When disabled, the room count and revenue from wholesaler bookings will be displayed in the report as follows:

• Wholesaler bookings with comps - the count will be included in the Occ column and the Group sub column under the Comp column.

• Wholesaler bookings without comps - the count will only be included in the Occ column.

By default, this flag will be disabled.

• When enabled, actual room revenue of reservations after discounts or adjustments applied to the original room rate will be considered and the room revenue will be displayed accordingly. Also, for future reservations within the date range, the rate at which the rooms were sold will be considered as room revenue.

• When disabled, the rate at which the rooms were originally sold will only be considered when calculating the room revenue. Any discounts or adjustments made on the original rate will not be considered.

By default, this flag will be disabled.
