Saving and Using Queries

Users can create and save queries for each module and load them whenever required. There are two ways how queries can be saved.

• On clicking the plus icon next to the Load drop-down list, the user is prompted to enter a name for the query. Once a name is entered, it is displayed in the Load drop-down list allowing users to design queries.

• Users can directly design queries and once done or mid-way through and click Save Query As located at the bottom. Once a name is entered, it is displayed in the Load drop-down list. Users can continue to design.

Entities in the Columns and Conditions sections can be modified, enabled, disabled, or removed on the go. Users can click Fetch Data anytime during the design process. Any changes made on the go will not affect the saved custom query unless deliberately saved.
