Report Name

The name of the report.

Report Options

Available options include the following:

  • By Room - Generates a report based on room details.

  • By Housekeeper - Generates a report based on housekeeper details.

Exclude Suite Room

When enabled, the system does not include details of suite room in the report.

Report Fields

Room

The room number of the guest.

Type

The room type to which the room number belongs.

Status

The occupancy status of the room.

  • O - Occupied

  • V - Vacant

Condition

The housekeeping status of the room.

  • I - Inspected

  • C - Clean

  • D - Dirty

  • P - Pickup

  • R - Housekeeper In Room

Housekeeper

The name or code of the housekeeper assigned to the room.

GuestName

The last name and first name of the guest added to the reservation.

HK Service Type

The housekeeping service type such as Due In, Stay Over, and Due Out that is required for the rooms.

VIP

The code that identifies the VIP type of the guest at the property, if any.
