Turndown Report

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Sort By Building Code	When enabled, the system sorts the records by building codes.
Start Date	The start date from when the data must be considered for generating the report.
End Date	The end date until when the data must be considered for generating the report.
Report Options	Available options include the following: Print Names - Generates a report with the guest’s name. Don’t Print Names - Generates a report without the guest’s name.
Sort Options	Available options include the following: Room Order - Sorts the report by room order date. Room Block Order - Sorts the report by room block order.
Building Codes	A drop-down list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

Field	Description
Room Number	The room number of the guest.
Rm Type	The room type to which the room number belongs.
Occ Stat	The occupancy status of the room. O - Occupied V - Vacant
Hskp Stat	The housekeeping status of the room. I - Inspected C - Clean D - Dirty P - Pickup R - Housekeeper In Room
Arrival	The date of arrival of the guest.
Depart	The date of departure of the guest.
A	Number of adults on the reservation.
Y	Number of youths on the reservation.
C1	Number of children in the child 1 age category.
C2	Number of children in the child 2 age category.
C3	Number of children in the child 3 age category.
Guest Name	The first name and the last name of the guest.
VIP	The code that identifies the VIP type of the guest at the property
Guest Type	The guest type selected when creating the reservation.
Comments	The comments entered by the user, if any.
Turndown Date	The date on which the room turndown has occurred.
