Field

Description

Report Name

The name of the report.

Report Date

The date for which the report must be generated.

Building Codes

A drop-down list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

Department

A drop-down list consisting of all the post departments. Users can select multiple or all the departments from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

Sort Options

Available options include the following:

  • Include Post Types with Zero Revenue - Sorts the report by post types with zero revenue.

  • Include Non-Revenue Post Types - Sorts the report by non-revenue post types.

Weekly Totals

Tax

The amount of tax collected.

Net

The sum of all postings to a specific revenue centre in a week. The net revenue is displayed.

Department Totals

The grand total of all postings in all departments.
