Member Verification

The Member Verification tab enables users to search for and view the membership related and personal details of the club members registered in the system.

Users can search for the preferred account using the Member Account Search option. The selected member account details are displayed on the screen. To view the details of members for whom a search was previously performed on the screen, the user can enter the account number of that account in the Account Code field and select the preferred account.

The following details are displayed on the screen:

• Personal and family details such as the member’s birthday, anniversary, emergency contact, family member number and type.

• Member account details such as the member’s card number, minimum balance, amount spent, amount remaining, membership period, and facilities that can be accessed using the membership. Additionally, if the member has multiple memberships, the user can view the facilities accessible using each of those memberships by selecting the respective membership type.

• Food preferences and any comments that were added to the account during the club member account creation process.

• Additional names on the account, that is, the names of family members added to the account.

• Associated members in the account.

Users can also navigate to the following tabs/screens from the Member Verification tab:

• The Record Member Visit screen by clicking the Record Member Visit option.

• The Member Usage tab by clicking the View Member Usage option.

The Enter/View Member Messages screen by clicking the View Message option.
