Performing Emergency Z Out

The Emergency Night Audit option allows users to run reports for an emergency night audit z-out report irrespective of the scheduled night audit process at the property. A passcode is necessary to run the emergency night audit Z-out.

Perform the following steps to run an Emergency Night Audit:

Navigate to Night Audit à Emergency Night Audit.

Select an emergency z out template from the Template Selection drop-down list. The reports mapped to the template are displayed in the grid.

Select the reports that are to be generated.

Click Run Emergency Z Out. System redirects the user to the Night Audit Log tab, where the status of the reports is displayed.

From the Night Audit Log screen, user can print and download the reports that have been successfully generated and retry the reports that have failed.
