Viewing and Modifying Guest Records
Users can modify existing guest information using the Edit option against that guest record in the grid.

The View by, Search, and Advanced Search options in the Guest screen can be used to search for and select any guest record. For more information on how to search using these options, refer to the Guest Search section.
Perform the following steps to modify a guest record:
Navigate to the Guest module.
Search for and select a guest or patron using the Search or Advanced Search options. The appropriate records are listed in the grid for selection. Optionally, users can also click the Edit icon against a guest record in the grid. The Edit Guest screen is displayed.
Modify the guest details as preferred and click Update. The modified guest information is updated and saved.
Additionally, when modifying the guest record, the user can perform the following actions for the guest:

Create tasks for guest stay

View guest history

View itinerary

Create guest complaints

View transaction logs

Add relationship details for guest contacts

Add transportation information

Schedule activities for guest
